Exchanges

We humbly offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us at help@latido.com.np within 7 days of receiving the product. We’ll guide you through the process. If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or suggest an alternative. For returns or exchanges, shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
